Sillonnant les rues de Tokyo et de Kyoto dès la tombée de la nuit, un sentiment paradoxal de crainte et de fascination m’invite à poursuivre ce cheminement dans l’inconnu. 

Les signes s’allument dans la pénombre et se répondent, le temps semble suspendu, l’imaginaire se déploie sur les surfaces sensibles. 

Des images se forment et participent à la construction d’une histoire fictive.

En référence au plot point cinématographique, ces photographies représentent les pics de tension et les moments où l’histoire va basculer et prendre une nouvelle direction.

When night falls as I criss-cross the streets of Tokyo and Kyoto, my search for images takes place in a strange atmosphere.

A contradictory feeling of fear and fascination pushes me to continue my route into the unknown.

These nocturnal pictures, like a juxtaposition of unresolved time, are the links that contribute to the creation of a fictional story.

 In referring to night-time fantasies and also to a turning point in cinema, these photographs allow us to enter another place either real or imaginary.

They represent the peaks and the times when history wavers and follows a different direction.
